Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Plan project timelines and budgets, supervise and ensure the progress and quality of construction work.

2. Assist the project manager in reviewing budgets and procurement, coordinate with architects, engineers, and other project coordinators.

3. Manage on-site project operations.

Requirements:

1. Relevant qualifications in civil engineering with experience in the construction industry.

2. Proficiency in Portuguese and English.

3. Responsible, honest, and trustworthy; willing to take on challenges and overcome difficulties.

Project Coordinator (Translator)

Responsibilities:

1. Provide verbal and written translation services for company projects, ensuring accurate communication between parties.

2. Assist in project management and other related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in Portuguese and Chinese.

2. No prior experience required, but an interest in the real estate industry is preferred. The company offers systematic practical training.

3. Strong comprehension and communication skills; ability to adapt to different work environments.

General Manager Assistance

Responsibilities:

1. Overview and manage company administration, human resources, public relations, and other related tasks.

2. Communicate with lawyers, accountants, real estate, and other public entities, and execute the general manager's instructions.

3. Assist in managing other company departments.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in Portuguese and English.

2. Interest in asset management and real estate.

3. Relevant experience is preferred.

4. Strong comprehension and communication skills.
